About Rickard Persson

In 1996 an explosion changed Rickard Persson’s life when he lost most of his vision and his right hand.

The years that followed involved a profound process of rebuilding life and discovering new ways forward. Through these experiences he developed a deeper interest in resilience, personal development and how people navigate adversity and change.

These reflections later became the foundation for his work as a speaker and educator.

Rickard Persson works with organizations, conferences, leadership teams and educational institutions.

His work focuses on resilience, perspective and the ability to navigate change. Through keynote presentations, workshops and educational programs he explores how individuals and organizations can strengthen clarity, stability and direction in demanding environments.

Programs are adapted to the audience and context.

Through work in education, studies in pedagogy and many years of practical experience, Rickard Persson has developed his work within learning, development and public speaking.

He holds a Master of Education from Umeå University.

Rickard has appeared on national television and has spoken in professional, educational and cultural settings in several countries.

Alongside his speaking work he continues to write, record and perform music.
